    Question New and desperate

Hi guys I am analea, I was ana/mia for 4 years now I am ana but I feel like I am slipping back into the mia lifestyle and I have no idea how to stop it, if you have and advice please help me because I am desperate. Is it better to eat minimal and have ocational binges or eat regular low calorie meals
